INTERIORS
The interiors for "Lapa Iki a Kai Lani", or "The Little Ravine and the Heavenly Sea" were inspired by the site and it's majestic views in two directions; up a dry ravine and out to the Mokuluas.
The interiors were inspired by the colors of the outside world: by the blues and greens of the ocean, the light colored sand of Lanikai Beach, and the golden afternoon light of the surrounding hillside.
Landscaping transitions from tropical plantings in the lower elevation to a grassy meadow, including a lavender field at the back next to the conservation land.

Restoration and Staging
Extensive restoration and staging in a plantation style home in Haleiwa, Hawaii on the North Shore of Oahu.
Located on the beach with a calm and protected lagoon in front, the home was booked for multiple photoshoots and film and televison projects.

Commercial Office Buildings, San Diego, CA
2801 & 2667 Camino Del Rio South, San Diego
Assisted in developing marketing strategies, collateral and interior design for two large commercial office buildings in Mission Valley, San Diego.
Capital improvements and strategies significantly improved commercial leasing for both buildings in a downward
trending market.
